Terms Of Service for Commissions:
- All commissions are for personal use only unless discussed beforehand.
- The art I create for you cannot be used by you nor your partners for training an AI.
- As the artist I still maintain all and absolute rights to my works; this includes publishing the work on my socials, adding it as a part of my portfolio. This can be discussed if for reasons you wish me not to use it.
- You are not allowed to change, modify, edit, or use my works without my permission. Unless for icon, header, etc with proper credit!
- I reserve the right to decline any commission or client for any reason. I do not have to provide a reason why.
- I will refund you the total amount paid if I no longer wish/am unable to work on your commission for any reason.
- All commissions must be paid in full upfront. They must be paid through Ko-Fi.
- You acknowledge that I'm a digital illustrator and my work is digital only, meaning there won't be any shipping of physical goods.
-Any edits can be made during the sketching phase; once the draft is approved I start working to completion.
- Please provide clear and neat references.
